October 25, 2023

Delta, BC, October 25, 2023

EnWave Corporation (TSX-V:ENW | FSE:E4U) (“EnWave”, or the “Company”) announced today that it has signed a Research and Development License Agreement (the “Agreement”) with a major university in Australia (the “University”). The University has also committed to purchasing a 10kW Radiant Energy Vacuum (“REV™”) dehydration machine to be used at its Brisbane campus.

Under the Agreement, the University will use the REV™ machinery for research and development purposes to propagate REV™ technology with key stakeholders in the food processing industry throughout Australia to help develop innovative, premium food applications. The installation of a 10kW REV™ machine at the University’s Brisbane campus will increase accessibility to EnWave’s technology in Australia by establishing a second domestic location for product trials and demonstrations.

EnWave’s Australian technology distribution partner, Scitek, currently operates a 10kW REV™ machine in Sydney at their innovation center. To date, EnWave has granted six separate commercial licenses to both food and cannabis manufacturers in Australia for the use of REV™ technology.
