John P.A. Budreski
Executive Chairman | MBA | B.Eng.
John P. A. Budreski joins EnWave with over 30 years of extensive capital markets and executive management experience. Mr. Budreski has a professional history of advancing and accelerating businesses, as well as tangible engineering experience.
He was formerly a Vice Chairman of Cormark Securities Inc. from 2009 to 2012 and President and CEO of Orion Securities Inc. from 2005 to 2007, prior to its successful sale to Macquarie Bank. He has filled the roles of a Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets and Head of Investment Banking for Scotia Capital Inc. from March 1998 to February 2005. After starting out as a Managing Director of US Institutional Equity Group for Scotia Capital he also held senior roles in investment banking and equity sales and trading for RBC Dominion Securities.
John Budreski is currently a Director of Sandstorm Gold Ltd., and Nulegacy Gold Corporation. He is also the Executive Chairman of Morien Resources Corp.

Brent Charleton, CFA is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience leading through periods of growth and transformation.
Currently serving as the CEO of EnWave Corporation, he is responsible for driving the company's strategic direction, overseeing its operations and stewarding financial management.
At EnWave, Brent has been instrumental in driving the company's growth by expanding its technology offerings and increasing its global footprint. He has led the company's efforts to secure major royalty partnerships and commercial collaborations with industry leaders in food, pharmaceuticals, and cannabis.
Mary C. Ritchie

Mary C. Ritchie is an extremely distinguished business person who has over 30 years of experience working in both the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
Ms. Ritchie is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Richford Holdings Ltd., an accounting and investment advisory services company; a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta; the Chairman of the Financial Advisory Committees of RBC Funds Inc. and RBC Advisor Global Fund Inc; and a member of the Board of Directors of Industrial Alliance Ltd. and Alaris Royalty Corporation.
She also is on the three-member advisory committee for Natural Resources Canada; a member of the Board of Directors for the Canada Development Investment Corporation (CDIC); and on the three-member advisory committee for the Privy Council of Canada.
Patrick Turpin
Director
Patrick Turpin has close to 30 years of experience leading consumer packaged goods organizations across multiple areas of the value chain. He is an accomplished senior executive who has successfully concepted and launched several retail channel businesses and brands.
In addition to co-founding Popchips, he was also a senior executive at Costco Wholesale where he led multiple strategic initiatives, including launching Costco’s gas station business and Costco’s Executive Membership division. Patrick also managed Costco’s vertically integrated, private-label snack and confection packaging business.
Pablo Cussatti
Director
Pablo Cussatti has 28 years of Food Operations and Manufacturing experience, from engineering and building food plants, to running large Supply Chain Operations.
Pablo currently is the SVP of Manufacturing for Ventura Foods, responsible for 15 manufacturing facilities producing Dressings, Sauces, Mayonnaise, Margarines and Oils.
Prior to Ventura Foods, Pablo ran large Operations for Blue Apron, Pinnacle Foods, Pepsi Bottling Group, and Dean Foods.
He is an experienced operator with a proven track record of building teams that drive Safety, Quality, Service and Costs in Food Operations.
